The bamboo structural beam is a solid bamboo glulam allow for structural application,such as houses,homestay, hotels, theater, pavilions etc. With our own patent technology(bamboo strips finger-joint technology) and machines, the bamboo structural beam's length can achieve to more than 10M.
The bamboo structural beam usually adops side pressed structure because this structure has better structural performance.
Application cases of bamboo structural beam
This is our bamboo structure office building,it uses 21 solid bamboo columns and multiple bamboo beams as the load-bearing structure.
It was the largest single all-bamboo modern building in China at the time of its construction, with a total construction area of about 1,500 square meters. The main load-bearing structure was made entirely of bamboo without using a single steel bar. 21 solid all-bamboo columns extended from the ground to the roof, and the load-bearing beams and floor slabs were also made of bamboo.
